    由于塔沖作業沖孔為點式作業，需要時間較長；龍門沖可以成排作業，速度快，建議板面留白10mm左右。

    收邊角 WALL MOLDING

    收邊角多采用與預滾涂面板相同的材料，以防止色差的發生。最多采用L型和W型兩種樣式。立體圖（詳CAD）

    Wall molding adopts the same material with pre-coating panel to avoid color difference, including L-shape and W-shape.

    吸音棉 ACOUSTICAL FLEECE

    吸音棉普遍使用德國進口的SoundTex的品牌，厚度僅0.2mm故也可稱作吸音紙,在國家防火建筑材料質量監督檢驗中心通過B1級(難燃級)?；谂渲玫慕翟胂禂翟?.6-0.8之間?？梢杂糜谌魏涡螤畹拇┛滋旎ㄉ?，成薄片狀，裁剪十分方便。

    Acoustical Fleece is SoundTex fleece imported from Germany, its thickness is 0.2mm only, so also it is called fleece, fire resistance is Class B1 per national standard and NRC is 0.6-0.8. SoundTex fleece can be used on any shape perforation ceilings and easy to be cut into sheet.

    鋁板牌號 ALUMINUM MATERIAL GRADE

    鋁合金狀態：包括F、O、H、W、T：

    F：自由加工狀態 適用于在成型過程中，對于加工硬化和熱處理條件無特殊要求的產品，該狀態產品的力學性能不作規定。
F: Free machining status Application in forming process and no special requirement on process hardening and heat treatment conditions, mechanical property has no specified.

    O：退火狀態 適用于經完全退火獲得最低強度的加工產品。
O: Annealing status Application for the processing products of minimum strength annealed entirely.

    H：加工硬化狀態 用于通過加工硬化提高強度的產品，產品在加工硬化后可經過（也可不經過）使強度有所降低的附加熱處理。代號后面必須根有兩位或三位阿拉伯數字
H1：經加工硬化后不進行熱處理而獲得規定強度的產品
H2：加工硬化和不完全退火狀態
H3：加工硬化后經低溫熱處理 H14 H24 H32，第二個阿拉伯數字代表了硬度，數字越高，硬度越高。
H: Process Hardness Status Application for the products to improve strength by processing hardness, the purpose for lessening strength through additional heat treatment is optional. The item code should follow two or three Arabic numbers.
H1: No need to heat treatment after processing hardness to acquire the products of strength specified.
H2: Processing hardness and incompletely annealing status.
H3: Low temperature heat treatment after processing hardness, i.e. H14 H24 H32, the 2nd Arabic number means hardness, the higher that number is, the hardness is much higher.

    W：固溶熱處理狀態 一種不穩定狀態，僅適用于經固溶熱處理后，室溫下自然時效的合金，該狀態代號僅表示產品處于自然時效階段。
W: Solution Heat Treatment Unsteadiness status, only application for alloy at room temperature after solution heat treatment, this status item code only means the products in the natural stage.

    T：熱處理狀態 （不同于F、O、H） 適用于熱處理后，經過（或不經過）加工硬化達到穩定狀態的產品，T代號后面必須根有一個或多位阿拉伯數字。
T: Heat Treatment Status (not same as F, O, H) Application for the products reached steadiness status through or not through processing hardness after heat treatment.
