陶瓷板是公司自主研發的一種新型產品,其基板采用優質的2.5mm厚度 3003系列鋁材,在最現代化的工廠加工,在噴涂線沖洗,噴砂,烤瓷烘干硬化。最后在回歸熱固化過程復合硅酸鈣板,以增強其平整性。其中烤瓷涂料采用國際上材料研究最前沿技術溶膠凝膠法,不僅實現了烤瓷材料的低溫成釉(180攝氏度X20分鐘),而且通過溶膠凝膠技術實現了無機有機材料的復合,克服了傳統烤瓷材料脆性大、韌性不足的缺陷。陶瓷板具有極強的耐候性,無論日照、雨淋(甚至酸雨),還是潮氣都對表面和基材沒有任何影響。耐紫外線照射和色彩穩定性完全達到國際灰度級4-5級。同樣,大幅或快速的溫度變化也不會影響材料的特性和外觀??箯潖姸群蛷椥缘暮侠斫M合,使陶瓷板具有很高的耐沖擊強度。致密的材料表面使灰塵不易粘附,使其清潔更為容易。陶瓷板具有極好的耐火特性,它不會融化、滴落或爆炸,并能長時間保持穩定。陶瓷板易于維護,表面和切割邊緣都無需油漆或加保護面層。
The ceramic panel is a new product developed by our company, the 2.5mm thickness of base plate is made of high quality 3003 series aluminum material, processing in the most modern plant, rinsing and sand blasting and drying and hardening of porcelain in the spraying line, finally return heat drying process to composite calcium silicate board to strengthen its leveling.
Besides, porcelain coating adopts sol-gel method of the most leading edge technology of material research in the world. This not only realizes low temperature to become uranium of ceramic material (180 degrees centigrade x 20 minutes), but also realizes recombination of inorganic and organic material by sol-gel method, overcomes the defect of high fragility and low toughness of traditional ceramic material.
It has strong weather ability, the base material and surface can’t be affected by sunlight, rain (even acid rain) or humidity. Ultraviolet Resistance and color stability can reach class 4-5 of international gray level. As well, large or rapid temperature variation won’t affect the characteristic and appearance of the material.
Ceramic panel possesses higher impact strength by rational combination of the flexural strength and elastic. Dust is not easy to adhere to the dense material surface and easy to clean.
The panel has excellent fire-resistant property and it won’t melt, drip or burst and can keep stabilization for long time. Easy to maintain and no need painting or adding protective surface whatever surface or cutting edge.
